Rawmest Triphla for health :- Consume 1 tsp preferably on an with honey or jaggery in the morning and with lukewarm water in the evening. For Teeth :- Mix small amount of triphala powder with warm water to make a paste. Use your tooth to scrub your teeth and gently massage the gum. To Increase Eyesight:- Wash your eyes with triphala decoction. For Hair Pack:- gently massage with triphala powder on wet hair for growth. Boil coconut oil and add treiphal powder to it and then apply it in gray hair. Mix Triphala and henna powder with lukewarm water and gently massage for hair conditioning.
